Trevor D. Munger, CPOTrevor was born and raised in Soldotna, Alaska. Upon graduating from Soldotna High School he attended the University of Washington. After graduating from the University of Washington’s Prosthetic and Orthotic Division of Rehab Medicine he moved to Monterey, CA to complete his prosthetic and orthotic residency requirements. After becoming American Board Certified, while in Monterey, he served as the Branch Manager of two prosthetic offices for several years and then opted to return to his home state of Alaska in 2000. Trevor and his wife Treena are the proud parents of their son Michael. When not playing with “Mikey” Trevor’s interests are football, “Go Dawgs!”, basically all motor sports… or sports for that matter…, camping, and fishing. While a youth being treated at the Shriner’s Hospital for Children in Portland, Oregon for his prosthetic needs Trevor became very interested in civic organizations. Feeling the need to give back a little Trevor has become a member of several organizations such as the Grand Lodges of Alaska and California, York Rite, Scottish Rite, National Sojourner’s, Heros of ‘76, and the Shrine of North America. |

Dennis O. Christensen, CPODennis has been providing prosthetic and orthotic service to Alaskans since 1982. Prior to attending the University of Washington Dennis was employed by the Children’s Hospital at Stanford where he was introduced to our field and began developing his specialty of scoliosis management of the spine in adolescents. Dennis enjoys a christian lifestyle which includes fencing, sled dog racing, and fishing. In addition Dennis has been an active supporter and coach of numerous youth activities. |
